Cancellation policy

The TD-1 is offered as a pre-order ahead of its public release. This policy explains how you can change or cancel that order.

Pre-orders

There are two ways to claim a TD-1 before the public release:

• Pre-order — pay in full today, and your unit ships in the first production run.
• Reserve — place a $50 deposit today to hold your place and lock your price. We reach out as units become ready and collect the remaining balance before your unit ships. Your deposit is credited in full toward the total.

Either way, your order is fully refundable until it ships. You can cancel anytime before your unit is fulfilled for a 100% refund — including the $50 reserve deposit. No questions asked. For reserves, we always reach out before collecting your balance, and you're free to cancel for a full refund right up until your unit ships.

Once your TD-1 has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're covered by our return and refund policy.
