Refund policy

We want you to live with your TD-1 and love it. If it's not right, returning it is simple.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your TD-1 for a full refund, as long as it's in its original condition, unmarked, with all packaging and included items.

There's no restocking fee. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the unit arrived damaged or faulty on our end, in which case we cover it. Once we receive the unit and confirm its condition, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
