Refund policy

We want you to live with the TD-1 and love it. If it's not right, returning it is simple.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return your TD-1 for a full refund, as long as it's in its original condition — unmarked, with all packaging and included items.

We cover return shipping, and there's no restocking fee. Once we receive the unit and confirm its condition, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

Before it ships

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you don't need to return anything — it's fully refundable. See our cancellation policy.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at concierge@rukastudio.com. We'll send a prepaid label and walk you through it.
