We are a collective of former Apple engineers and designers dedicated to creating a cohesive ecosystem of ritual-focused products for the home. Every piece we make is relentlessly engineered to be structural, beautiful, and deeply human. Our approach is defined by a strict discipline: we integrate software only when it serves to deepen the physical experience.

After growing up in the Midwest I moved to the west coast and spent five years at Apple engineering many of the products you have already come to love such as AirPods Max. After Apple, I went on to become an industrial designer by way of ArtCenter, here in Los Angeles, where I still live and work.

Through that experience I developed a deep belief: the best things are designed around an experience, and they follow function — not features, not marketing. Most of what fills our homes has that backwards.

I've been collecting records for more than twenty years, and the ritual of putting one on never gets old. So that's where TD-1 begins. A record player, designed to be experienced — to turn a daily act into a deeper ritual of joy. The TD-1 is the first of many products and experiences built on this philosophy. It belongs in every part of the home.
